When it comes to fees we believe in absolute transparency and agree to a fixed fee in advance. This gives you peace of mind that we will negotiate the lowest possible purchase price for your property.
Our fee is generally between 1% and 2% of your expected purchase price depending on the service needed. An engagement fee is payable upfront, and the balance of your fee is payable on completion. Auction Bidding fees start as low as $450 for attendance and only upon successful purchase is the agreed balance paid (usually the same amount as the attendance fee).
