Our Simple 3 Step Process

1. Getting to know you

The first step is to establish some clear guidelines regarding your personal situation and needs.

We will discuss how we can best serve your needs and situation, including your reason for selling, time frame, methods of sale and appraisals.

We will conduct an independent appraisal of your property to give you an unbiased assessment of where we believe your property sits in the market and most importantly, how much your property could sell for.

2. Selecting the best real estate agent

Following this assessment, we will invite a selection of selling agents based on their experience, local presence and recent track record to conduct their own appraisals. This assessment will cover the estimated selling range, marketing and of course, commission.

As our client you can have as much or as little involvement in this process as you like. You will then be able to easily compare both the National Property Buyers and selling agents assessments to determine which agent to trust with your campaign.

3. Selling the property

Throughout the sales campaign, we will liaise with the selected selling agent and provide you with regular, honest and professional feedback.

Regardless of the sale method, we will work with you until an unconditional contract of sale is in place.
