We were contacted by experienced local investors who felt that their previous purchases were not quite achieving the results desired and wanted more in terms of capital growth and rental return.   They were also time-poor and just didn’t have the time to do the research and legwork.

Our investors had a budget of $400,000 and they wanted a good-sized block in a projected high capital growth area, with value add potential. And the perfect opportunity came up in our search.

A recently fully renovated 3-bedroom home on 649sqm in Ingle Farm. The property had been renovated from top to bottom including kitchen and wet areas. It had all the mod cons that appealed to tenants including, solar panels, heating, cooling, lawn space and an undercover entertaining area. It would perform well in the rental market and achieve a good return.

There was nothing left for the purchasers to complete once theirs. However, if desired, there was an immediate opportunity to split the block and add an additional dwelling or sell the vacant land for $190,000 without affecting the current home.

This property was up for Private Sale, and Senior Buyer Advocate Katherine Skinner negotiated for it and secured it for a great price.
