Even though buyer’s agents have been around for a long time in Australia and are very common, we are often asked what it is we do in our role as a buyer’s agent.

Here is our process outlined in three steps:

1. We are constantly searching for properties (all across Adelaide).

We take the time to understand what our clients are hoping to find (criteria) in a property and then we get to work locating the most suitable and best properties available across the entire market.

This searching phase can include properties that are publicly listed, at pre-market stage or off-market. If there is a property out there that matches your criteria, we are going to find it and present it to you as an option to consider.

2. Assessing the property.

We will provide you with an accurate estimate of the current market value of each property, plus we’ll assess all of the relevant “finer” details of each property that shows some potential.

We provide our clients with detailed property reports to help them have a clear understanding about each property and ultimately, to help them make an educated and informed buying decision.

3. Negotiation.

We put our experience and negotiation skills to work for you to ensure that you secure your desired property at the best possible price, under the best possible conditions. This could be through private negotiations with the sales agent, bidding at auction on your behalf or whatever it takes to get the deal done.

We are flexible in what we do and each client has a different set of goals and requirements.
