Our interstate client seeking a balanced investment wanted a low-maintenance property on a big block with good capital growth prospects and a healthy rental yield.  

This was the second time purchasing for this client and we had a good working relationship and knew what types of properties this client would like.

We completed a private inspection and knew this property ticked every box. As the property was off-market with the vendor’s need to organise a rent back we were able to negotiate for the property under no competition. We secured the property for $595,000 and conducted a building and pest inspection in the cooling-off period.
